Free parking is available at Fireside Park. You can opt to reserve up to two parking spaces (your choice) for a fee of $35 per month, per space.
Pets are permitted at Fireside Park. Residents may have 2 pets under 65 pounds. Breed restrictions do apply.
There is a $350 nonrefundable pet deposit and $35 per month pet rent.
The Rockville metro is 3 to 4 blocks away and is walkable. There is also a bus station in front of the complex.
There is no security system in place.
In-unit washer and dryers are provided for residents.
There is no additional storage space onsite.
Fireplaces and Elevators
There are no elevators.
Certain units have fireplaces.
Cable and Internet
Residents use Comcast for cable. Each unit is high speed Internet access ready.
Heating and Cooling
Each unit is equipped with central heat and air.
Units are equipped with gas for cooking.
The community offers package service, onsite management and maintenance, 24-hour availability, online services, and both a grill and picnic area.
Fireside Park – Cost of Living
There is no move-in fee.
Each prospective resident 18+ will be subject to a $25 application fee.
The standard security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent. There are periodically specials that take the deposit to as low as $99.
The minimum lease term is 12 months.
The community pays for trash service and sewer. Residents pay for all other utilities including electric and water.

Furnished properties are not currently available.

There is no fitness facility onsite.
There is a pool onsite for resident use.
