White Flint Station is located off of Old Georgetown Road, right next to The Sterling at the Metro and Gallery at White Flint.

White Flint Station falls under the 20852 zip code and was originally built in 1999 as a set of apartment buildings before being converted to condo ownership in 2006.

There are approximately 261 garden-style units with an average size of between 600 and 1200 square feet.

Bedroom and bathroom options include 1BR/1BA, 2BR/2BA, and 3BR/3BA varieties.


White Flint Station – Daily Living


Garage parking is available for residents, with each unit corresponding to at least one space.

Parking at White Flint StationThere are three different types of offerings – covered, uncovered (top floor), and individual enclosed garages.

Garage spots convey with the purchase of a condo, and buying/renting a space from someone else is allowed.

Guests must utilize street parking.

Pet Policy

Other than an approval process based on temperament, there are no pet restrictions -- making it one of, if not the most pet-friendly condos in the area.

Metro Accessibility

White Flint Station is the closet metro station (obviously) and it's an easy walk across the street.

There are extended concierge hours as well, but they are not 24/7.


All units contain washers and dryers.


Additional storage is available on a first-come, first-served basis, although all units must be purchased.

Fireplaces and Elevators

Some condos are equipped with fireplaces and there are elevators throughout the premises.

Cable and Internet

Residents may choose between Comcast and Verizon for their internet/cable service.

Schools Districts

Students residing at White Flint Station are served by the Luxmanor, Tilden, and Walter Johnson school districts.

Other Notable Amenities

Other notable amenities at White Flint Station include an outdoor grilling station, a business center, and a party room.


White Flint Station – Cost of Living

Condo fees range between $350 and $560 per month.

These fees include building maintenance, as well as all amenities.

There are NO utilities covered by the condo fees.

In addition, there is a $150 move-in fee for new residents.

There is a fitness center on-site open 24/7, as well as an outdoor pool.

    Do you have a two bedroom, with a fireplace and/or balcony available? If so, how much is the rent? And when the year’s rent is done, do you then rent by the month or by the year?
