OGV has garage parking available for its residents (four total parking garages), with each unit corresponding to at least one space.
Garage spots convey with the purchase of a condo, and buying/renting a space from someone else is allowed as long as the person is a OGV resident.
There are an additional 52 outside spaces for guests.
The only pets allowed are turtles, fish, and birds.
No dogs OR cats are allowed at Old Georgetown Village.
In addition, the area is patrolled by watchmen on evenings and weekends.
All units contain washers and dryers.
Additional storage is available and it runs with the unit.
