Bedroom and bathroom options include 2BR/2BA, 3BR/2BA, and 3BR/3BA varieties.
Decoverly IV – Daily Living
There is no garage parking available. Depending on location of unit, owners may have reserved/permitted spots or access to large lots that are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Owners may have a maximum of two cats and two dogs (breed restrictions follow Montgomery County “rules”), and there is a $75 annual pet fee.
The vicinity also has dog stations throughout and there is a local dog park nearby.
All units contain washers and dryers.
There is no additional storage available.
